Here at Save Water Save Money Ltd we hope you are completely satisfied with your order. We source only the best products for our website and endeavour to describe them as fully as possible. However, we do understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item.
When you receive your order, please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your receipt and order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email, as you will need these as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.
Our Returns Policy is in line with Distance Selling Regulations which state you can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt of your products. Once you have informed us you wish to return your order you have a further 14 days to return it. Any refund due will then be made 14 days after we have received the goods you have returned (for paid-for products only).
All products guarantees are shown on the product order pages. Any products which become faulty due to fair wear and tear within a product guarantee period can be returned for replacement or refund of the original cost of the order, including both product and postage costs.
Please note that when returning non-faulty items, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure returned items are received in a resalable condition with the original packaging. All items must therefore be suitably packaged with the cost of both any return packaging and postage being the responsibility of and at the expense of the customer.
