Product Description

Electric Hot Water Tap for the Bathroom (EHT40)

No more need for over sink water heaters in that downstairs cloakroom, washroom or newly built en-suite. Not only will the EHT40 electric hot water tap be significantly cheaper to install than a traditional water heater system, it takes up less space and best of all independent tests have shown the EHT range to be more efficient than a traditional 20 litre water heater.

The EHT40 can be fitted to most sinks, basins and bathroom surfaces including Granite worktops, it heats water directly meaning you can use the hot water for cooking, cleaning or even making hot drinks.(Please note: The EHT10 cannot be fitted to granite worktops with a depth greater than 30mm)

The EHT40 is connected to your incoming cold drinking water supply and plugged into 13amp electrical supply. Surely this must be the easiest, quickest and most efficient way of heating water at a bathroom sink, you can also get cold water from the EHT40.

What’s more thanks to its integrated aerator technology the EHT 40 will reduce the water flow from your tap, meaning it’ll save water as well, whilst you should not even notice a difference.
