I’m afraid the competition in our July 2017 newsletter for a Hand Pump Pressure Sprayer has now closed. The closing date was Friday 14th July 2017 and we are unable to accept entries after this date.
Competition details form part of these standard terms and conditions.
1. The competition is open to all residents of the UK aged 18 or over except employees (and their families) of Save Water Save Money Ltd, its agents and anyone else associated with this competition.
2. All information below forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. No correspondence will be entered into.
3. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. The prize consists of one Hand Pump Pressure Sprayer worth £24.99 plus £4.00 P&P. Prizes are subject to availability and the prize suppliers' terms and conditions. The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition. In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
5. Installation of the product is not included in the prize. All responsibility and corresponding liability for fitting remains with the winner(s). It is the responsibility of the winner(s) to ensure the product is suitable for their home. For the avoidance of doubt, Save Water Save Money Ltd. will not accept any liability for any damage caused in the fitting or subsequent use of this product.
6. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
7. The competition will close at 23:59 GMT on Friday 14th July 2017. Details received after this deadline will not be accepted.
8. One winner will be drawn at random from a compiled list of correct entries to win a Hand Pump Pressure Sprayer worth £24.99 plus £4.00 P&P. Entries must be submitted via savewatersavemoney.co.uk/competition/july2017
9. Entrants must complete all sections of the form to be entered. Only the winners' initials, surname and county or area will be made public following the draw. Failure to complete all sections will result in disqualification.
10. In consideration for entering the competition, you agree to being contacted by Save Water Save Money Ltd in the future, however we will not share or sell your details with any 3rd parties.
11. You are responsible for informing Save Water Save Money Ltd of any changes to the information entered, in particular of any change of contact details at any time before the closing date.
12. A maximum of 1 entry per household will be permitted. Late, illegible, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries.
13. The winner will be notified within one week of the closing date of the competition: by 23:59 GMT Friday 14th July 2017. Save Water Save Money Ltd will attempt to contact the winner twice, either by email or telephone. If no response is received within one week of first contact, the prize will be awarded to another randomly selected entrant with correct answer. The winner may be asked to take part in publicity.
14. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Save Water Save Money Ltd and accordingly Save Water Save Money Ltd may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the terms of the competition. Each entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Save Water Save Money Ltd as a result thereof.
15. English law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.
